None of this happened overnight. I went from driving Uber and barely scraping by to building real businesses that actually run. Every failure stacked a skill. Every win opened the next door. Here's how it played out.
The Testing Years
I tried everything. Dropshipping, affiliate marketing, Amazon FBA, a bunch of MLM companies. Most of it failed. But here's the thing — every single one of those failures taught me something I still use today. How to drive paid traffic. How to build a sales funnel. How buyer psychology actually works. And most importantly, the discipline of just shipping something even when it's not perfect. That season was expensive, but the skills I picked up were worth more than any paycheck I ever made before that.
Local Lead Generation
This is the model that changed everything. I build websites, rank them on Google, and lease the leads to local businesses — kind of like digital real estate. You own the site, you own the traffic, and you get paid monthly when the calls come in. I scaled this to multiple six figures and helped thousands of students build their own lead gen businesses from scratch. It still runs today and it's what proved to me that building systems beats trading time for money every single time.

This is where everything came together. All the digital marketing, the systems thinking, the obsession with building things that actually work — it all converged into one product that solves a real problem. Every person in a real estate deal has the property risk data except the person writing the check. That's the problem. I built the whole system from scratch — 124,000+ lines of code, 10 API integrations — using AI as my development partner. Now it serves homebuyers, renters, and professionals across the country.
